Dry Fruit Laddus
(Dried fruits used: almonds, cashews, dates, apricots, figs)

Prepare the nuts by dry roasting a quarter cup each of almonds and cashews in the microwave for 1 minute, then roasting them over a medium flame for 2 minutes. Roast the seeds until you are able to sense the aroma, then set them aside to cool.

You may make a date paste by heating seven dates, six apricots, and four figs in a pan, then transferring the fruit to a blender and letting it run until the texture changes.

Add a quarter cup of walnuts to the mixture and then remove it before the cashews and almonds (Kashmiri Mamra Almonds as it has added essential oils) are added. You just need to knead the ingredients together thoroughly for these dry fruit laddu recipes. Make balls by dividing the mixture into 6-8 pieces. To decorate, roll the balls in sesame seeds or dry coconut powder.

Pannacotta with Saffron and Nuts
(Dried fruits used: saffron, any dried fruit)

To begin, soak 1 tsp of vegetable gelatine powder in 1 tbsp. of water. Milk, cream, and saffron should be cooked together over a medium heat while being stirred constantly. Keep the mixture from coming to a boil. Stir with some vanilla extract or vanilla bean pulp. Take the temperature down and whisk constantly.

The reserved gelatine mixture can be reintroduced by melting it over heat or by microwaving it for 30 seconds. Cook the sugar-water combination, stirring constantly, until it thickens, and then take it off the heat.

To chill the cooked cream mixture, simply set the bowl over an ice. Divide the mixture evenly between two bowls and chill for at least an hour, preferably overnight. Toss honey with roasted, chopped dried fruits and nuts. Sprinkle it atop the finished concoction. Add a golden vark for a shimmering final touch.

Fruity Granola
(Dried fruits used: any dried fruit)

Mix the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, and flax in a large bowl. Put the brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, oil, salt, and cinnamon in a small pot and stir to mix. To dissolve the brown sugar and warm the mixture, cook and stir it for two to three minutes over medium heat. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla. Add the liquid to the oats and toss to coat.

Put it in a baking dish that has been greased with cooking oil. To achieve a golden brown colour, bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 8 minutes. Put on a wire rack to cool entirely. Blend in some dried fruit. Put away in a container with a tight lid.

Granola combines sugar and sweetened dried fruit, together with healthful whole grains and nuts. Eat tiny portions of this high-calorie cereal.
